The Hausfrau on Birthing a Book

We regularly feature author essays on Amazon about how they came to write their books, but this week we posted what I think is a first: a graphic essay. In four jam-packed panels (exclusive to Amazon) about her debut graphic memoir, The Passion of the Hausfrau (out June 16), Nicole Chaison gives a mom's perspective on that familiar writing-a-book-is-like-having-a-baby simile (only a mom would compare Hemingway, Faulkner, and Fitzgerald's self-medicating with alcohol to an epidural).
