The International Association of Culinary Professionals has a distinguished history of honoring some of the best and brightest in the culinary community. The 2017 winners in cookbooks were announced and includes some of our own favorites that published last year. Vivian Howard's Deep Run Roots ran away with four (!) awards this year, including Best Cookbook, Chefs & Restaurants, and the General category.
